Shipping and Handling

We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, as well as initial shipping charges at the time of the original purchase if an item is returned back to our location. Purchases that received free shipping will be credited back the value of the item plus taxes (if applicable), minus outgoing initial shipping costs if item is returned to our store. Apparel/Headwear

All items must be unused and include the original packaging

If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean

Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged

Footwear

Shoes must not be worn and must include the original undamaged packaging. Try your new shoes on inside on the carpet, this will help keep your new shoes clean and returnable

If you plan to return your shoes do not wear them after trying them on

Shoe brand boxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them - use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes or something of comparable size

Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged

The condition of the shoe box containing the shoes is disregarded, we are only interested in the condition of the shoes. We are in the business of selling the shoes, NOT the shoe boxes. Damage to shoe boxes will NOT be considered in determining any agreed returns, particularly when joining our online raffles.

Orders processed from special online raffles are subject to the general guidelines mentioned above, as well as any additional fees accrued at the time of raffle submission that override these general guidelines that YOU willingly commit and agree to. These specific sales are FINAL!!!
